1. Introduction
Welcome to our website. These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern your use of this site and the services offered by our salon, including hair, makeup, aesthetics, bridal styling, and hair extensions. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or using this website in any way, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Our salon offers a range of personal care services, including but not limited to:

Aesthetic services (e.g., facials, waxing)
Bridal and event packages
Hair extension consultations and installations

All services are provided by licensed professionals and are subject to availability.
3. Booking & Cancellations
Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. We require a 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee.
No-shows may be charged the full price of the missed service. Bridal bookings may require a deposit and signed agreement to secure the date.
4. Payment
We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Gratuity is not included in service prices and is left to the discretion of the client.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
Because our services are customized and time-based, we do not offer refunds on completed services. If you are dissatisfied, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Retail products may be exchanged within 7 days if unopened and unused, with a valid receipt.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, failure to comply with salon policies, or health/safety concerns.
7. Health & Safety
For your safety and ours, please inform your stylist or technician of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your service. We adhere to all local health and sanitation regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including images, logos, text, and design—is the property of the salon and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
9. Modifications to Services or Terms
We reserve the right to change or discontinue services, update pricing, and revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of any changes.
